In our session, two external Conversational Intelligence® coaches and a panel of senior Thomson Reuters Talent Professionals will illustrate key concepts and tools used to equip business executives to increase the quality of development conversations with their team members. Learn how Thomson Reuters Business partners are using C-IQ® to develop coaching skills in their executives for development of their high potentials and high professionals in their talent pipeline.
You will receive hands-on neuroscience based C-IQ® tools on how to “Establish a Foundation of Trust” and tools to move from Level I (transactional) conversations to Level III (Transformational). Your ideas and insights will be welcomed as we explore the C-IQ® journey together.
Jeanne Schulze is president of her own executive coaching and consulting firm: Jeanne Schulze and Associates, LLC. She is a Judith Glaser certified Conversational Intelligence® and a Korn Ferry/Hay Group Associate specializing in Talent Architecture and Organization Effectiveness.
Darlene Roy-Johnson is president of her own coaching & development company: Kalina Quest. She is a recent graduate from Judith Glaser’s Enhanced Conversational Intelligence program and a previous graduate from Coach U, Corporate Coach U and Coaches Training Institute. She led four successful corporate learning and development departments and has over 20 years of experience as an assessment consultant, professional coach and workshop facilitator.
