|Monthly Meeting Opportunities
Greeter (1-2 positions)
Greeters welcome monthly meeting attendees and direct them to the registration table, room, buffet, etc. Greeters need to arrive 30 minutes before the meeting starts.
Registration staff checks people in online as they arrive for the monthly meeting. They instruct attendees to grab their name tag, and help address any registration issues that may arise with the help of the Directors of Professional Development.
Cracker Barrel Note Taker (2-5 positions)
Note takers will capture discussion and questions at each table. As people rotate tables, the note-taker may share previous discussion and will compile topics and questions to be shared with the group after the event. This role will report to the Directors of Professional Development.

Conference Proposal Reviewer
Review and score speaker proposals for the conference. Time commitment: 2 to 4 hours.

|Program Planning Committee Member
Committee members are responsible for participating in the program planning process for the Chapter's Monthly Meetings. Committee members are responsible for identifying topics and presenters, collecting and reviewing RFPs, and finding venues for meetings. This is a great experience to add to your resume. This role will report to the Directors of Professional Development.
Web Content Editor
The web content editor will be responsible for routine management of the atc-gtc.org website. You’ll be the first to know what’s coming up and have regular communication with chapter leadership. Great networking opportunity.
| Social Media Manager
The social media manager will be responsible for coordinating regular social media updates. This person plays a critical role in the marketing and communications of the chapter. You’ll be the first to know what’s coming up and have regular communication with chapter leadership. This is a high-visibility position with good networking opportunity.
Duties will include:
ATD uses Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Previous experience with social media marketing is desirable. This position will report to the President Elect (George Sawyer), and is an ongoing role.
